Salus IT500 receiver no light on

Hi All, just urgent question, my house change for new tenant and today we find no light in it500 receiver, already called previous tenant and was told heating works fine. Any indication how to solve the issue? Thanks a million

Silly question, but is the receiver slide switch turned to on?
Has the power supply to the Salus been turned off at the FCU?

Yes, try to switch to Auto or Manual, no lights on . "Has the power supply to the Salus been turned off at the FCU?" How to find this, in the main power switch of home?

The receiver will get its 230v from the boiler wiring.
