Salus IT500 RF

Hi

I hope someone can help before I tear any more hair out.

I have a Salus IT 500 that connects wirelessly to the boiler. It has been working fine but since upgrading to BT Infinity the gateway continuously flashes red. I have tried to sync from the wall mounted unit, unplug everything but the hand held unit shows no "globe" symbol.

I am really hoping that I am missing something really obvious and someone knows what I need to do.
