Salus rf510tx not turning on boiler

Hi lads.
Just installed a Salus rf510tx thermostat to control a Firebird heating oil boiler. I was trying to replace an old style timer. Everything seems to be ok with the thermostat, it sends the signal to the receiver, green light turns on but the boiler does not start. Any ideas?

You’re replacing an old style timer? - did this for hot water also? Also what wires have you connected up where?
