A relative, with dementia has misplaced the portable wireless room stat.The receiver remains wired into the boiler controls .Is it possible to purchase a replacement, that will be compatible with existing receiver?

It says the room stat part is called RT310TX, which you can buy various places. Here is one:

But you will need to pair it, as it won't be automatically paired with the receiver. See page 08 of the manual for full instructions:

If you are using the RT310RF pack, the pairing between the thermostat and the receiver is already done. If you bought the RT310TX and RXRT510 separately then pair as follows

There may be other Salus thermostats, I think, which will work with the receiver, if you want something more complex. The receiver is called RXRT510.

For a little bit more, you could buy a whole new RT310RF pack, and I would imagine that the room stat part would work with the current receiver, so that you would then have a spare receiver just in case. But I'd want to confirm that.
