Salus RT500RF and Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i Junior

Hi All,

The receiver unit of my roomstat RT500 has stopped receiving any electricity (indicated by no red or green lights and ampmeter) from the boiler. Any ideas what in the boiler may have gone wrong and needs replacing? When I disconnect unit and wire back boiler to be on all the time, the contacts all work as they should.

Driving me crazy - it used to work. I'm on my 3rd Salus unit, but now fear it is the boiler electrics. Boiler 2 years old.

Any help advice appreciated

How can you think it's the boiler when you say it works with external controls dis-connected?

A clue for you. Anything Salus sell works by luck or doesn't work at all. You're on your 3rd. Get your money back and buy a proper control. There can't be many Salus users left who've yet to post a problem on this forum.
