Salus RT500RF - lights not on. HELP!

Hi all,

I have recently moved into a new house which has a Salus RT500rf fitted. The problem I'm having is that the receiver seems to be temperamental in that one minute it has power (red light on) and the next it's off. Engineer came out this morning and typically it worked - whether a coincidence but it came on when the hot water was turned on! Is it a wiring problem or is the receiver on its way out??

What do you reckon??!

I would be checking the electrical connections

At the back of the receiver?

Yes, and at the boiler terminals, which is where I'm guessing it has picked up the power and switch live
