Samsung A5 Recover deleted photo

I need to recover a deleted photo (this was taken as a P.O.P.) Which was no longer required, but just found I can use it & make a claim.
Has anyone used a data recovery programme (Android)

I think you need to "root" the phone before you can access the internal memory directly.

If they were on the microSD memory card then it is a different story - should be a lot easier in theory.

As I know, deleted photos saved on sd card without backup can be recovered by samsung data recovery tool. Maybe you can try it. Usually, if the deleted photos can be scanned out, you can get them back. Good luck to you.
