Sandtoft 20/20 water pooling by the undertray

I have had a 15 degree roof tiled with 20/20. The roof is now leaking down the inside of the walls as water appears to be pooling by the undertray. My roofer has lapped the tiles at 120mm with the last course at 130mm and he is saying the last course has to be less than 15 deg otherwise there is too large a gap between the two courses as the last course is kicking the penultimate one up. He is saying that Sandtoft are refusing to come out and look at it due to covid and my roofer says he has no solution.

Nny advice from anyone much appreciated!

If the tiles are laid at a lower pitch than 15. Sandtoft won't help .
Take some pictures and send to them ..
Have you pictures of the whole roof ?
