ok back to the saniflo you said the best place for it was in someone elses garage are the really that bad because of where my soil stack is it would mean a lot of upheavel and cost to install a standard wc digging up concrete garage floor etc.

Judging by the construction of the Sanisplit I would expect them to cost more, but if you can afford the difference then the design looks superior to me.
