Saniflo Sanivite brand new ...not fooking working...help

anyway we have swapped an 8 year old sanivite with a brand new 1, sme connections sraight on. electrician gone to wire it up, sound no probs power to the unit!

try and fill it up .......not kicking in

tenant going mad, not has a shower for 4 days, has a 2 month old kid....and they have no bath/shower.....

what can i do, any1 had similar probs before?

First off I would be returning it to suplier for exchange.

If you bought it off the tinterweb your struggling.

Check the float switch.

yeah off tinternet, pain in the arse.you shouldnt have to touch any of the insides according to instrctions but tried fiddling about with it without any look.. doing my head in....300 quid aswel..ill have to be on the phone first thing... why is it all the small ****ty jobs are always a ball ache, an hours work, ive spent 5 hours on already and look a **** cuz it still doesnt work
