Please could someone sanity check this for me.

Three valve, S Plan system. Image is the backplate of the current Hive Receiver which controls heating (Downstairs) and Hot Water.

So the live wires, of which there are three, should be seperated and and connected to Live, 2 & 5.

3 & 4 (NO) need to go to 3 & 6 on the Heat Link.

Job done?

Sounds about right to me.

Live connected to L and also linked to 2 & 5
Hot water 'on' Hive (3) goes to Nest (6)
Heating 'on' Hive (4) goes to Nest (3)

So the live wires, of which there are three, should be seperated and and connected to Live, 2 & 5.
Live needs to be connected to all 3 terminals, but that requires that they are linked together - just putting one of the existing wires in each terminal probably won't work.
