That's exactly what I was going to say.
It's bad luck to have them up after 12th night. But I see the bad luck is having that shoite house blocking the view from your boozer.

That nice red house is not on the market as yet,awaiting the beer froth removal i think.
Them Geneva houses are sold at around one hundred and forty thousland pounds
If it had a garage or off street parking i would be very interested,its a nice area,down to earth people and the usual crime numbers.
There is an excellent pub across the road which sells marstons and other fine beers.
If the pub freehold came up for sale i would be very interested in buying and to keep it at a pub but also my own home and would sell the locals (age 65+) a pint and a pie for 2 quid.
