Bit of info required please gents... moving satellite to another room and cable is in ready so I have to terminate either end and sent for some f connectors... but never fitted then before so are the easy to fit and on the sky dish where they screw on there is a plastic cover on the lnb is this just a pull off and terminate them there

LNB covers usually push up out the way.
F connectors are pretty easy to fit, assuming twist on type. Get the right size for the cable obviously (2 main sizes).
Watch a youtube video to see how to do it. This video looks OK, although his cable is cheap tat, and he leaves the braid overly long really.
