Hi all

complete novice and boiler virgin here.

I have a Saunier Duval 620d boiler as is always with the first hint of cold weather it has packed in , I now know that this was due to the fuse going on the boilers isolation switch.

I have replaced the fuse and now get a spark but no relight - just to spice things up I have long since lost the instructions and I dont know the relight procedure.
My technique just consists of holding in the only available button !!

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated or offers of an instruction manual.

Thanks

Paul

A fuse is a container with a thin wire inside which is designed to melt when the rated current is exceeded by a safety factor of about 1.5.

Why did your fuse fail?

The S-D 620 is a pretty old boiler now and most of them started leaking a long while ago and have already been replaced.

Are you pressing the red or the green button?
