Saunier Duval Experts

Hi all

I have a Themaclassic F30e and the problem i am having is that the hot water to my bathroom and kitchen hot tap doesn't stay hot for very long.

Is there a part that need's replacing?

Or is it worth maybe thinking about getting a new one?

The problem needs to be diagnosed first to identify what is wrong.

I suppose that you have never had it serviced?

Do you know how much that would cost from saunier duval or can corgi bloke do it?

Any gas reg engineer who specialises in repairs should be able to diagnose the problem.

In London I charge a fixed fee but some others charge by the hour. My view is that a fixed fee is better otherwise there is no incentive to find the fault quickly. In fact an incentive to spend a lot of time on it!
