Hi.

Hi.

I have just moved house and there is a Saunier Duval SD 623 in the house. When I moved in on Mnday, the pilot light was on and the water was heating as normal. Last night, I turned it to "hot water and heating" to test that my heating system worked, which it did. I then turned the boiler off (red button) and when I attempted to re-ignite the system, it would not catch. I am wondering if there is something simple I need to do here or whether I have a big problem.
My email address is [email protected] if you would like to contact me here.

Are you pushing in the green button for long enough - perhaps 30 seconds.

Thankyou. It needed held in for 20 seconds or so. I was just pushing the button in quick succession.

Thankyou very very much for your advice.
Simple but effective

I think that I have read this before on another forum!

The instructions on the boiler clearly say you have to hold it in for about 30 seconds!
