Does anyone know what F4 means on a Saunier Duval Therma Classic? This is in Spain so may be referred to as E4 in other countries!! It shuts itself off without warning and the screen display says F4.
Thanks,
Noel

It is a flame detection problem that needs looking at by a professional.

Personally, seeing as it is a POS boiler I would just bin it and get a new one... but perhaps the Spanish ones were better

Cheers for that. Appreciate it.
Believe it or not today it seems to have righted its F4 problem but now its showing an F1 problem??? Any ideas what that means.?
With both of these problems the temporary solution seems to be turning it off and back on again but I presume its only a matter of time before this isn't sufficient.
Thoughts?

They're both "Failed to ignite" faults.
Either your gas supply is out or you have a boiler fault that needs looking at by a professional as Dan said.
