Sav Wire fire alarm upgrade advice

Hi,
I'm just after a bit of advice. I look after a factory with a pretty old fire alarm system (20 years).
It has a faulty panel which needs replacing, however the sav-wire panel is obsolete (pa902)
Are there any panels that will be compatible with this old system without having to change all the bases/sounders etc.
I'm recommending they get a new addressable system installed by a company we use, but that would be weeks before they can even start, and in the mean time they have no fire alarm.

think its better to get it upgraded as soon as possible, how do you know its just a faulty panel?
