scaffolding pole width

Can anyone tell me what the width of scaffolding tube is please?

I don't just mean internal diameter. If anyone knows or could measure a piece that would be great!

I assume they are all just one size[/u]

standard diameter of 48.3 mm.

- 1 . 1/2 inch ( gas) barrel is 47.803mm so like most posts involving gas - close , but not accurate

I suppose that means it's an easy fit into a 2" hole
