Possible faulty cable to door ?
Link out zone 1 and if sets ok then one of the above

Twist blue and yellow together at door
If alarm set's ok then fault contact or wired incorrectly

The silver terminals are the contact
Twist wires together at the door that will prove fault ?

The silver screws are the reed switch , what colours did you have at the panel end ?
