I was cleaning my scantronic 9930 keypad the other day and i accidently lent on the left hand side resulting in the alarm going off followed by k01 tamper permanently on the screen. I cannot set the alarm now. I cant see that the tamper circuit has been permanently broken inside as i have not opened it i geuss it just opened enought to set it off. How can i fix this. I dont know what alarm i have but it is a scantronic 9930 keypad. can anyone help me at all. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give other than paying an engineer...
