Scantronic tag removal

Hi

Does anyone know how to remove an existing tag off a scantronic alarm

What panel is it ? Do you know the user number for that tag ?

They need to remove all the existing tags. Someone told me to go into engineer then option 4

Go in and delete each user slot up to 16 by changing the code to 0000 in each slot ….eg master code **** 4 ….x002 , 0000
