Hey guys, I need to remove a screw on my laptop, and the screw size is M3 (exact size is M3x3). Would I be right in saying I need a Phillips 1 screwdriver to remove an M3 screw?

Thanks.

I find a set of Jeweller's screwdrivers are best for the tricky little jobs like this.

I go through the set until I find the one that fits best! :)
A No. 1 (I think) Philips bought years ago for a particular job has to be the least used screwdriver I have ever bought!

I'd have thought that a no2 would be better for an M3 screw.

Gets a better grip on the head so does not wear the screwdriver.

And it's pozidrive you need not philips.
:P

Please feel free to show me a laptop with a Pozi #2 screw..
