Why don't they moderate their forums?

I forgot why I stopped using it months ago, but was reminded tonight when I read the abuse plebs are allowed to Post on the site.

they do but i think it has so much abuse its hard for them to keep up with.

They don'y like B&Q either which is suprising as their all part of the Kingfisher group.

I maybe wrong but I don't think they have moderator, isn't it on auto-mod by the software?

I've browsed a few times, but as a supposedly helpful forum, it falls well short of the mark.

I would never expect a forum provided and supported by a major company like SF to be allowed to be so poorly moderated
