scribing architraves

Please could you explain how to scribe i.e. architraves round door frames.
If i have say a 35mm gap and its running out, and the architrave is 55mm what is the procedure to scribe so its flush with my wall and 5mm back on casing i need to measure 20 times cut once lol

The governing factor is the door lining,so temporary tack the archtrave PARALELL to the door lining .Set a compass at the measurement needed to scribe the architrave,run the compass (pointed end to the wall,pencil on the architrave)down the wall and this should give you the profile of the wall on the architrave
