Long story but I need to cut this pvc so it fits an angle towards the window. I want to know the best way to scribe it so that I can cut it to fit square against the wall both horizontally and vertically along the sloping edge. Thanks for any help you can give

If you can’t scribe within the full width of the reveal, use an off cut of ply or similar, hold it against the square edge and scribe from that. Use that as a template on the plastic sheet, having taking the relevant internal measurements to determine overall width.
