Sealing granite tiles?

Hi

Got some black granite cosmos floor tiles which Im putting onto WBP Plywood floor. Im using BAL single part flexible adhesive.

Do I need to seal the tiles before I lay them or can I put them straight onto the adhesive?

ANy advice welcome

1. Lay.
2. Seal.
3. Grout.
4. Clean, then seal again.
