Sealing grout around pebble mosaic

Can anyone tell me if Lithofin sealants are completely effective on grout ?

I ask because I want to lay a (beige ) pebble mosaic on the shower-floor, preferably with white grout but have read a comment on a forum where someone said they regularly spent hours cleaning the grout. Unfortunately they did not say if they had sealed it beforehand.

So if I seal my white grout , will I escape this never-ending work ?

If not, may use gray, but much less attractive.

it will certainly help and they are very good, but they work by stopping the porosity sucking stains in they do nothing for the texture and so soap\dirt will still key to it - you will be able to clean it off but do expect to have to do so
