Evening

I have a lean-to on the side of my house which has the waste pipe from the bathroom going through the plastic roof. It hasn't been well done and even though there is lead flashing around the pipe, water leaks into the lean-to when it rains. Due to financial pressures I'm not able to get it sorted properly, as such is there something I can do to stop the leak? Would something like the following painted over the flashing and around the pipe work?

roof seal

Many thanks

A tube of silicone, or SX Roof and Gutter sealant, might be better and cheaper. Just gob up all the gaps and joints. That other product is really for sealing flat surfaces.

If there is a gap between the pipe and the flashing, then Duct tape can squeeze it together after you've run the sealant around.
