Sealing Plywood subfloor

Hi all,

I'm going to put laminate on a plywood subfloor, the subfloor is new but after plastering very dusty. What is the best way of sealing the dust.

Is neat SBR the way to go?

Give it a good scrape and vacuum then prime it neat with floor primer
