Have built stud work out from a shower tray to accomodate a PolarLight acrylic block panel (like glass blocks) and create a window sill and larger shower. All the walls & stud work have been pre-treated with rubber paint before being tiled. Additional flexible waterproofing was also added to the tile grout.

However, inevitable settlement in a new house means that hairline cracks are appearing in the grout and some joints. Constantly siliconing joints, but water is still penetrating through to underneath shower tray.

Anyone know of a clear waterproof sealer that could be applied over all grout lines and joints? [/img]

Not sure when you mean by rubber paint. The shower area should be waterproof by doing a tanking system or using waterproof backing board and I don't know of any grout that is 100% waterproof which is only water resistance. Hopefully Mudster here who is a pro-tiler will have the answer.

Can you expand on the rubber paint please, naming the product would help.
