Sealy 1.5 HP 24L air compressor does not build pressure. when it stars, build pressure slowly to 2 bar and that where it stays no matter how long I keep it running. and when I switch off it leaks from under the switch assembly (black box). I dismantled the switch assembly and can not see anything that shows me where the leak is. there is a black rubber diaphragm which is in good shape.

He says to drain it once a day or at least once a week. I do mine every 6-12 months.

Surprised you're not running on compressed water!

I only drain it when I start getting condensation on my hand when using the impact gun!
