Hello all, back again need your help, my wife's Seat Ibiza 2009 (new shape) drivers side rear door will not lock. I can hear the locking noise within the door when I use the key fob but the door remains unlocked. Thanks for any advice you can give.

If you can hear the motor working, I guess a linkage between that and the lock has come adrift.....or the lock itself is goosed of course!
Either way, its door card off - carefully does it, the poppers are as fragile as hell in this weather. Pop the card out, then lift slightly.
