Whether it is in favour of remain or leave at 52/48, it proves it is a very divisive issue and around half of the people will not be happy.

But it would show if there has been any big swing of opinion or not. That is surely a valid consideration at this point. To ignore it and just plough on is not democracy in any shape or form.

Undemocratic is to have in/out ref2,3 and 4
