Secondary double glazing for a sash window

Hi I have just one sash window that I would like to have secondary double glazing to reduce noise and hopefully keep a little more heat in the room. Are there any kits I can get to do this myself or is it a job for the profesionals??. If the later what sort of price are we talking for a 8 foot high sash window and would a window company take on such a little job?.
Any replies and help is greatly appreciated.
