secret guttering ?

in my plans for a bathroon and kitchen extension ive been told to install "secret guttering"....what is that ?...cheers

Secret gutter is boxed in where you can't see it and normally have a fascia in front of it or it could be a secret gutter on the pitch roof against the wall

A secret gutter is one formed where a pitched roof meets a wall and it is under the tiles, made in lead and you don't see it.

What you are after is a form of 'box gutter' which will sit over the outside wall and not project past the wall - I presume you plan to build right on the boundary, as this is when you use this gutter.

There are several ways to form this gutter, but it can be done in normal plastic guttering.

They can be problematic, so only have one if really necessary
