I have just had a sectional garage built and I want to put an office in it. What is the best way to go about this? The floor of the garage has been tanked out and concreted, so it's just the walls and ( pent, concrete fibre) roof that I don't know what to do with.

Any help appreciated.

Rebuild it after getting planning approval and building regs for an office.

Sorry, that should have read;

It was :p
If you wish to legally create an office room on your property you will need to apply to planning for change of use and get building regs approval for your changes.
The simplest way to create the correct environment for an office would be to demolish the garage and rebuild. The bodge way which i would assume is what you are asking for is to put in a stud box inside the garage with ceiling and insulate/add electrics/windows etc. but i would never recommend that ;)
