secure locks

There has been a run of bandits getting through upvc doors via the locks the cheap euro lock in our area.
Can anyone tell me where i can get the more secure locks the ones that have balls that drop into the key! - i think its them is it ingersol?

How exactly have they been gaining entry - by damaging the lock, or by picking it ?. Really isn't worth spending a fortune on expensive cylinders,

If you want security - replace it with a good wooden door/frame, secured with BS3621:2004 compliant locks.
