Securing a deck frame to a concrete block (not aircrete) wall

Help!!
I'm about to build my second garden deck, so no probs with that, but I need to secure one side of the 8m 6"x2" frame to a newly built concrete block garden wall. The blocks are heavy (I know!) but what fixings should I use to fasten the wood to the wall?
