Securing pond liner around edge if barrel

I really don't understand why everyone keeps feeding the troll.

I mean, his posts do bring a certain humour to the world. But please, call this troll out for what he is.
 
The guy who sorts what's happening with the flats thought it was a bit weird having this but said it could stay if no one complained. People leave plants there. The aluminium strip was J and K's idea.
