Hi all, I've recently moved house, the power was off so tried to switch the electricty back on, as soon as i switched it ON the alarm went OFF and the Tamper LED went on. I tried to follow the instuctions on the panel to reset it but to no avail, i also dont know the user code and i dont have the manual. the alarm sensor fitting on the front door frame is hanging off the frame, i dont know if thats the problem for the past week i have being staying with my friends as i couldnt use the electricty. any help very much Appreciated.

take the fuse out of the alarm panel or the fused connection unit, then turn the mains on.
the alarm will not work, but you will have lecy in the house.
without the user number, engineer number or engineer manual its going nowhere.
