Security light wires

Hi all,
I have foun this old security light in my shed the bulb looks good I am going to wire a plug to it.


It has a red blue and yellow wire,
I am guessing the red is live is this correct?

It is a 500w max light, I dont no if the bulb is 500w but what fuse should I put in the plug?

change that wire for some flex if you're using it as a portable light..
