Seeking 2 1/2" (63mm) Euro sash escape lock with night

I have a wooden door with a lever sash lock. The latch can be operated from both the inside and outside handle. So anyone can enter from outside if the door has not been locked with the key.

I think that my old lock is a common standard size:

Case size: 63 mm deep, 109 mm high
Backset: 44 mm
Centres: 48 mm

I want to replace it with a Euro profile sash lock with night latch, so a key must be used everytime someone wants to enter from outside.
I can only find a 3" (76mm) version of this:

Does anyone know where I can buy such a lock?
I understand that it must have a 'split follower' so that any handle on the outside will not operate the lock.

look out for a second-hand Chubb 3R35 on ebay, they often come up when high-street banks with wooden doors are refurbed or glass doors fitted.

It is a fantastic lock, does just what you want.

New they are about £100, but used often just a few pounds. Also called a Chubb Locking Latch. The latch is reversible to suit left or right hand.

sorry, you want a 2 1/2" case so it is too big.

Maybe consider adding a yale-type nightlatch and having just a mortice deadlock.
