seeking out the last 60W

I have an Eon energy monitor (badged up with their name, they gave about 2000 away earlier this year). It appeasr to be very accurate even down to a few watts. For example, with two phone bases charging, bt homehub, the energy monitor itself, the heating programmer (off), the oven (off) and a mobile charger, it reads 30 watts. Which is about right.
