Hi
Have had a camera along the drain from inspection chamber to back of house drain that the roof and kitchen feed into and there seems to be a negative flow from about 3 meters from that drain that is only carrying water etc from kitchen, has per youtube vid attached, it is mainly due to some subsidence in that area due to soil etc not being compacted properly when drain and path where laid !.
So the question is, will this need to be rectifed asap or not, there dose not seem to be any leaking from the pipe has yet !.

The pipe may never leak at all. But here is the thing - you go on holiday and your pipe dries up leaving some sediment. This crusts and stays. A few holidays later and you come home to a blocked drain.

Just to add, this pipework is under a concrete path

Most of that run is only water etc from the kitchen, only the last 500mm, where the toilet flush enters the pipework

I wouldn't worry about it, looks like the Rainwater also drops into the same Gully, so the run will get a good wash through every time it rains anyway. If it ever blocks, get it jetted clear, and it'll probably be fine for a few more years.

Fat would be the biggest issue, that will sit and congeal in the pipe, avoid putting Fat down the sink and I doubt you'll have many problems.
