I have a Simon XT alarm system and I want to self monitor through my cell phone. The system was monitored by a national monitoring company in conjunction another company.

Will I need to buy a new cell communicator card?

Where can I purchase a new card of necessary?

How can I configure the system and activate the system through my cell phone?

Any Youtube videos or instruction how you do this myself?

Any companies that can assist me in this project?
