1) these people haven’t “descended on America”, these are people have lived there over a decade and are fully integrated.
2)there are 65 million Latinos and Hispanics living in America, so it’s not altering the demographic, in any case see 1)
3) they are hard working people, many of whom have built up businesses and are not on “very poor money”
4) these people could improve their education and their careers if they were able to become citizens.
