Sensor light switch for bathroom

My son in his last flat has the wall light sensor switch in his lounge, a tiny little red light glowing in the centre of the switch which you just wave your hand to switch the lights on, not sure if it's allowed in bathroom approximately 1.5m away from basin taps. Been doing a lot of search but can't find any, do you know where I can find them providing it's acceptable in bathroom, not keen on pull switch if I can help it.
 
Its the distance from the bath/shower that needs to be taken into account in the first place. As for the suitability to a moist/damp atmosphere...
