sensor problem

We have a SA5 friedland wireless alarm system installed and have had it for a few years without any major problems.
Now after setting the alarm to go out, i come back to find none of the sensors working at all therfore the alarm not going off.
We have checked the batteries in all the sensors and all are working fine. And have reset the system to see if that would work, but nothing.

Any tips, or help please!!!!

Have you gone through the learning setup again?

Before going into the learning setup I would first try powering down the main control unit , switch off mains and discon battery then power up mains first. It may have just crashed !
