Service at non Audi garage

Hello everyone!!!!

Just wanted some advice service on my car is due, I have just been to a local garage but was wondering will I have any problems when he resets the computer, for the next service i.e it will automatically do the countdown, until the next service is due?

Also is there anything in paticular that I should be asking the mechanics, or anything that I should watch out for?

I had a look but could not see any similar threads, someone please redirect me if there is, thanks!

Also hoping that I will be able to ask for a reading on me other problem of loosing power uphill, so hopefully will have a error code from which I can ask advice for.

shouldnt matter who resets the service indicator it will still perform its countdown,i reset mine on a vw a few weeks ago via the buttons on the speedo fascia
